Ways to improve client communication

Communication is one of the most important and pivotal aspects of interaction, whether business or personal; or with a stranger or loved one. The most underrated and least utilized area of communication is hearing. Listening to receive what an individual is sharing, and hearing and or respectfully clarifying [if necessary] what the person signifies.


When we actually esteem another's words more than our own, respectfully hearing is facilitated and inevitable.
